Why it's different
We won't promise to cure or reset your gut. We help you feel calmer and more in control.
Every technique is categorised by how well it's supported. Gut-directed hypnotherapy and slow breathing have the strongest evidence base. We say so.
Updated regularly, so you're not looping the same six recordings. Sessions change as your symptoms and stress do.
No streak counters, no guilt trips, no 'you missed today.' Your gut is unpredictable. Your app should understand that.
The science
Gut-directed hypnotherapy has been studied since the 1980s by the Manchester group (Prof. Peter Whorwell and colleagues) and is included in Monash University's recommended toolkit for IBS. Systematic reviews and randomised trials support its role in reducing IBS symptom burden and improving quality of life.
